A vintage Duchess China "Ascot" fine bone china tea service comprising six cups, six saucers and six matching side plates (18 pieces).


Finished in classic white with elegant hand-applied gold gilt trim, this timeless English tea set embodies the understated style associated with Duchess China during the mid-twentieth century. The gently scalloped forms and ridged cup bases complement the refined design, making the set equally suitable for display or traditional afternoon tea.


Made in Stoke-on-Trent, England, each piece bears the simple "Made in England" backstamp associated with production from the period.
