The piece features raised vine and leaf relief decoration, a wide pouring spout, and a distinctive thick cylindrical handle with a rounded terminal. Its simple “Made in England” marking reflects standard production practice for British-made retail ceramics of this era.


Designed for serving gravy, sauces, cream, or melted butter, this piece is a practical example of late twentieth-century Marks & Spencer domestic tableware design.
