A vintage Pearsons of Chesterfield stoneware casserole dish base in classic brown salt-glazed finish.


Made in Derbyshire, England, this heavy utilitarian crock features twin lug handles and a decorative beaded rim typical of the company’s mid-century domestic stoneware production.


Originally supplied with a matching lid, this base now functions well as a rustic kitchen storage crock, utensil holder, or decorative country-style piece. It also serves as a replacement base for collectors completing an original set.
