A complete vintage boxed set of six Pimpernel "Scottish Scenes" cork-backed placemats featuring atmospheric Highland landscape artwork by British artist Alfred de Bréanski (1852–1928).


The collection features traditional Scottish scenery including mountains, lochs, Highland cattle and dramatic landscapes, including the recognised "Ben-An at Sunset" design. Each placemat combines fine-art imagery with a durable acrylic protective surface and cork backing.


Presented in the original Pimpernel striped storage box, this complete set is particularly appealing to collectors of vintage Pimpernel, Scottish landscape art and traditional British country-house tableware.
