Due to the nature of vintage and antique pieces, we are unable to accept returns unless an item arrives damaged in transit or differs significantly from its description.

Every order is carefully and securely packaged using materials appropriate for fragile vintage and antique items to help ensure it arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs of the item, the packaging, and the outer shipping box so we can assist you promptly and process a claim with the shipping carrier if required.
